A cooling body roller

Roll a short stripe on each temple, behind the ears and across the back of the neck. The cooling botanicals — menthol, camphor and peppermint — create a cold tingle while the aroma feels crisp and clear.

Bring your wrists to your nose and breathe in slowly. The effect builds over a minute and lasts for hours from one application.

Roll directly onto shoulders, calves, the back of the neck or the lower back, then rub it in gently. The oil gives a warming or cooling feel (depending on the scent) that sits on the muscle, and the botanical blend keeps releasing as your skin warms it.
