A pain relief roller

Roll a short stripe on each temple, behind the ears and across the back of the neck. The cooling botanicals — menthol, camphor, peppermint — create a cold tingle that eases the tight band of tension around the head, while the aroma opens the sense of a heavy, blocked skull.

Bring your wrists to your nose and breathe in slowly. The effect builds over a minute and lasts for hours from one application.
