Every bottle is hand-filled and dispatched from Thailand. Here is exactly what to expect.
Worldwide tracked shipping is a flat $9.99 USD per order.
Shipping is free on twin packs and on any order containing the Full Set (8ml $99).
Import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout.
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days.
UAE orders arrive in 1–2 days. The rest of the world arrives in 5–7 working days.
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.
Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
For hygiene reasons opened rollers can only be returned if the product is faulty. Return shipping is covered by us for faulty or incorrect items, otherwise by the customer.
To start a return, message us with your order number and we will send return instructions.
If tracking stalls for more than 10 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us with a photo and we will replace or refund the order.
